Spring 2023 Registration

Registration for our spring ball hockey will be open Nov 18th at 9am, please follow us on Facebook and check our website for updates.

Important Dates 

• Nov 18th - Dec 31 Early Bird Registration 
• Jan 1st - Jan 15th Regular Registration 
• Jan 15th - Final payments need to be made by Jan 15th unless otherwise arranged by the registrar.  Failure to make full payment could risk your player being removed from registration.  GVMBHA needs an accurate player count to schedule floor time, perform player assessments, organize coaches and referees and create balanced teams. 

Late Registrations 

We had waitlists last season and disappointed players because they registered late; registering early ensures your child will be playing.  As well, the league needs to know how many players to expect, so we can select amazing coaching staff and request floor time. 

Note on Waitlist 

If you are registering and only see a WAITLIST registration displayed, then the division is full.  If you would like to be on the waitlist then continue with the registration and pay nothing.  If your player is accepted off the waitlist, then you will have 3 days to settle up your account. 

How Do I Register 

• All registrations must be completed online through RAMP Interactive; 
• All NEW registrants to RAMP who do not have an account with any other organization using RAMP, click HERE to create an account; Or go to Registration link on Home page of website. 
• If you have an existing RAMP account, click HERE to log into your account with RAMP Interactive; OR go to Registration link on Home page of website. 
• Register your child in the correct division (birth certificate confirmation will be requested at a later time); 

Registration Fees 

When you register 3 or more players in your family, you are eligible to receive a 50% discount on the 3rd, 4th and 5th player.  Contact our Registrar at registrar@gvmbha.com and ask about our "Large Family Discount".
