DROP-IN FALL/WINTER BALL HOCKEY REFUND POLICY
(September - January)
Refunds will be provided up to and including October 15 for the current Fall/Winter Registration less an administration fee of $15.
There will be no refund provided for players withdrawn after October 15 unless for medical reasons of which a doctor's note must be provided.
SPRING BALL HOCKEY REFUND POLICY
Refunds of registration fee (less a $50 admin fee) will be provided up to and including March 15. For example, if you paid the $195 registration fee and later decided to pull your player for whatever reason, then a refund will be issued for $145 ($195 less $50 admin fee).
There will be no refund for withdrawn players after March 15, 2020 unless for medical reasons of which a doctor's note must be provided and approved by GVMBHA Executive.
All refunds are subject to a $50 admin fee.
HOW TO APPLY FOR A REFUND
Email your request for a refund to the Registrar at firstname.lastname@example.org. All refunds are paid by the same method used to pay registration and will be processed as quickly as possible but may take a couple of weeks.
